	UseRootMaxLimitAndSorterInPrefetchPathSubQueriesDefault	The default value for the 'UseRootMaxLimitAndSorterInPrefetchPathSubQueries' flag. This is also a configurable setting in the config file: add a line to the config file's appSettings section: useRootMaxLimitAndSorterInPrefetchPathSubQueries and specify a value of true or false. Default is false.
