This is a nice tool, we use something different but I'm constantly trying out stuff for replacement since our current product is no longer supported, and the migration product sucks.

The one word of warning that I would throw out is that you should have it un-hook Visual Studio, if you run multiple copies like me the way it hooks the keyboard seems to cause hangs/crashes in Visual Studio when you get 3 or more copies open.
