Hi all,

Not sure if anyone else has this issue, but if I try to rename an entity on the "Add new entities mapped on tables from Catalog(s)" from something like "Selectedlegislation" to "SelectedLegislation" (note capitalisation), then I get the following error: "The name 'SelectedLegislation' is already present. There is already an entity or typed view with that name. Parameter name: nameToValidate"

If I rename by changing the actual name to say "SelectedLegislation1" it works. Or if I leave it as-is it also works. However, the actual issue then becomes renaming the entity after the entity is added, and renaming all the relation fields to that entity. A lot of work can be saved if renaming an entity on this screen with only capitalisation changes is supported.

Alternatively/Also, dynamically changing related relationship field names when an entity is renamed would be nice simple_smile .

I am using the version "1.0.2005.1 Final DEMO", released on "March 2nd, 2006".

Thanks in advance, Brian Johnson

I'll look into it. It indeed should accept the case-changed value. simple_smile
