Frans, I really need VistaDB support for an upcoming project. cry I know you are really busy with LLBLGen right now but do you have an approx timeframe?

Btw. Is this something I could code up or is it completely tied into the system? stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye

Add my vote to wanting support for VistaDB. Granted I plan to use it as exclusivly lookup data. I was planning to just create a typed dataset. But, it would be nice to use LLBLGen TypedLists instead.

Thanks, BOb

For v2.0 I'll consider new drivers. Though the databases have to have some sort of meta-data inside themselves, I'm not sure if VistaDB offers that. If not, it will be a tough job.

VistaDB has just released a new version. I'm not sure if it enhances the meta-data available or not, but it is worth a look.

I've been using VistaDB for some time now and find it very good. There is a MetaDataReader for it. I've never used it, but the discussions on the forum make it sound like a decent amount of meta data is available.

BUMP stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye

Now that 2005.1 is released maybe you could spend a little time putting this baby to bed, providing that it's within your roadmap of course. wink

New drivers will be made for v2.0. So no new drivers will be released before v2.0 is released.
