Remarks
Uses XmlFormatAspect.Compact25 | XmlFormatAspect.MLTextInCDataBlocks | XmlFormatAspect.DatesInXmlDataType. Xml data should have been produced with WriteXml(writer) or a similar routine which is able to produce similar formatted XML
