Database specific features for MySQL

To use the generated code on .NET Core 3.x+/.NET 5+ you need to use the Standard edition of the DevArt ADO.NET provider, not the Express variant.

Index hint support

For MySQL, index hint specifications for elements in the FROM clause in select queries are supported through Linq and QuerySpec. Below is an example using a linq query, where the query is directed to use a specific index for the target of Address.
