Gets or creates a new sequence. If catalog and /or schema aren't available, these are created as well.

Parameters

catalogName
Type: SystemString
Name of the catalog.
schemaName
Type: SystemString
Name of the schema.
sequenceName
Type: SystemString
Name of the sequence.

Return Value

Type: DBSequence
the newly created sequence or null if the schema's syncsource is set to 'Database'.
