direction
Type: System.DataParameterDirection
Direction for the parameter
valueToSet
Type: SystemObject
The value to set.
parameterName

Name of the parameter. Can be empty, in which case a new name is autogenerated

Return Value

Type: DbParameter
Valid parameter for usage with the target database.
