TraceHelperWriteIf Method (Boolean, String, String, Object)
Writes the message with the remark of the category specified to the trace output, if condition is true. Will not format the message if the condition is false.

Condition to test if the message has to be written (true) or not (false)

The arguments for the message to be used in string.Format.
