ActionQueryExecute Method
Executes the query contained by the IQuery instance. If there was nothing to execute, 0 is returned.

Return Value

Type: Int32
If a query is executed: the number of rows affected (if applicable), otherwise 0. If no query is executed: 1 (so callers won't see it as a concurrency exception)
