Async variant of GetFirstTEntity(EntityQueryTEntity). Fetches the first entity of the set returned by the query and returns that entity, if any, otherwise null.

The cancellation token.

Return Value

the first entity in the resultset, or null if the resultset is empty.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type EntityQueryTEntity. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
