Hello, I just wanted to say thanks for the great support you have provided me as I've used LLBLGen Pro these last couple of years. Your support really stands out when you try to get support from other companies, or open source projects.

Last week I had found 2 bugs in the sql server adapter that ActiveRecord uses (Ruby on Rails). Another developer and myself both submitted patches for one of the bugs, but the other is yet to be resolved. On to my point, it's been two weeks now, and we can't even get the maintainer of this adapter to respond to us, so version 1.2 is going to be released with these bugs. We also can't get through to the core developers, as their forum is locked. If you go on their IRC, they tell you to submit a ticket (DOH!).

These forums are proof that your software doesn't have to be open sourced to get bugs fixed right away, and support issues addressed immediately. Thank you again for such awsome support.

Thanks for the positive feedback.

My 2 cents: What makes this forum a healthy one, is the active participation of the users. Manytimes we find users doing our job for us, answering and solving others questions, which makes things easier for us.
