As you may have noticed, we've added some features to the forum. Before every thread you now see either an empty box or a checked box. A chequed one means the thread is 'done' and can be marked that way by the starter of the thread or the support team by clicking the empty square in the icon menu. A 'done' thread means the initial question has been answered completely.

In the top menu or on the startpage in the new 'Easy access' list, we've added a link called 'active threads'. If you click that, all not 'done' threads are shown in which someone posted a message the last 48 hour.

Aglaia, cool new features!

Are you aware that once the owner of the thread marks it as done, you cannot undo this?

I suppose you could just post another message to the thread to "undo" it... simple_smile

A suggestion. The yellow of the box containing the checkmark can be confused, on a quick glance with poor eyes, with the yellow ball. At first I though I'd read almost nothing, and had to really look for the ones I'd read and not.

Perhaps the box could be a grey or other color.

Better yet, can the box border be invisible and just have the checkmark visible?

That's exactly the idea simple_smile If you think additional information is needed while the thread was marked 'done', you can give that, and the thread is automatically 'undone'.

That's it I think. A grey box would make it look too much like a check box and people may think they can click that, while it doesn't do anything. We're thinking now about how to make things a bit less confusing and still keep the icons in the top menu look a bit like the ones on the left simple_smile

Thanks all for your input!
