Typed Views that behave like entities! Woohoo!

Now I can use an entity to run (ugly) SQL that would normally require a stored proc, and still have it fetched as part of the graph.

I'm a big fan as well...

It was a lot of refactoring, but worth the effort . I particularly like the ability to use a view in a typed list this way
