Hi,

Does the license allow me to use LLBLGen Pro in/with as many projects or databases as I like?

Cheers,

Ian.

Yes, as long as the operator of the LLBLGen Pro designer is member of the team who purchased the license. I.o.w.: you can't distribute the license, but that's obvious wink . So you can create all the projects you want on whatever databases supported and distribute the generated code and runtimes for these projects simple_smile

Keen to give LLBLGen a try for a whole host of reasons, including but not limited to good reviews / feedback, product support, database support, etc, etc.

Downloaded this along with CoreLab's MySQLDirect .NET version 3.50 for .NET Framework 1.x because I have a requirement for mySQL as well as SQL Server.

On creating a LLBLGen product and testing a connection to a mySQL v5 database the following error results:-

Connection failed. Error: License not valid. Please view licensing topic in mySQLDirect documentation for details or contact CoreLabs support.

Any suggestions ? Running within the VS2003 IDE does not product any licensing errors when connecting to a mySQL v5 database.

Help appreciated, because I'm sure we'll buy this product.

You're using the demo of corelab's 3.50 provider?

I had the same problem, solved by getting a license from Corelab myself.
