We haven't included visualizers for 2012 yet. We'll do that soon.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

It's not inside our code, so I have no idea what the reason for this is. You get this with every visualizer? It might be it took too long to serialize the data to the visualizer?

I compiled our visualizer code against the 2012 version of the vsnet debugger visualizer dll, and didn't make any changes at all to the code, as there's no documentation that things changed.
