A button on the DiagramCommandBar or a right click on the designer surface to allow you to minimize all entities, it's handy when exporting to an image.
When we were evaluating ORM I noticed it had a 'Collapse All' button which was handy for this purpose, the LLBLGen model designer is way better but that would be a useful feature.
It's a great tool.
