No target framework

Hi,

I just downloaded 3.0 on a new computer. When I go to make a new program there is no Target framework. I have download vs 2010 and sql server web and express.

Weird,

Do you see anything in the Output Panel when the designer is loaded? Please uninstall/install again with Administrative privileges.

no, nothing in output panel.

I'll try uninstall/install later today.

Uninstalled and reinstalled as administrator and it still does not work. This is really frustrating and any help would be appreciated.

I loaded 2.6 and 2.6 works just fine. 3.0 still does not work.cry
