Does LLBLGen Pro is 100% managed code?

Can anybody confirm with me that the LLBLGen Pro is 100% managed code? I'm planning to migrate my application to 64bit but not sure if there is any problem with LLBLGen Pro.

LLBLGen Pro works OK on 64bit. The controls we use are all .NET controls and the system itself is 100% .NET code.
