version 1.0.2005.1 final (self-servicing) VS2005 asp.net 2.0

I need to install llblGenpro on my new machine. I take it that I have all the stuff on my old machine that I need?

Are there any instructions on how I can get llblGenPro installed on my new machine?

Many thanks,

yogi

run installer? wink

Or copy folder. simple_smile (though then vs.net can't find the runtime libs for references probably, as a registry key is required for that).

hiya,

Ok, I logged in and downloaded my installer. I copied the license file from my old machine from my new machine.

When I try to run the EXE, I get the error:

<<..llblGenPro.license could not be loaded sue to the following error:

could not find file "c:\progfiles\solutionsdesign\llblgenpro\llblGenPro.license>>

I manually inserte the license file into the correct locatio. I know that it's there. I have refreshed the folder.

Why can't it find the file?

Many thanks,

yogi

Which operating system are you using? And are you logged as Admin or local admin, or do you have enough permissions over this file. That's the only thing I can think of. Beside the possibility that the file might be corrupted.

hiya Walaa,

I have increased my permissions and it still doesn't work. If it's corrupted, how do I get a new license file to try?

many thanks,

Hi Yogi,

Could you please check if your system didn't put an .xml extension behind the file name? That sometimes happens, causing the file not to work.

If that isn't it, please post your customer ID in the secure Helpdesk section of the forums, so I can resend your license file.

hiya Aglaia,

It wasn't an issue with the file extension, so I posted to the helpDesk this morning.

Thanks,

yogi
