It turned out to be harder than expected to automate a splitted pdf generation. So we gave up and I've released a combined PDF today (568 Pages, 8.8MB).

I find the filesize pretty big, compared to the 3.3MB of v2.0, but when I tried to re-generate the pdf, the chm to pdf tool crashed repeatedly, so unfortunately, this is the pdf doc for now.

I understand that to print this file, it's probably too big. Also due to the new javascript elements we used in the docs, the code snippets aren't that convenient as before.

To print it, I recommend to lookup the pages you want to print in the ToC at the beginning and then print sections using acrobat using page ranges.

Hello,

About the pdf documentation. Size isn't the problem ;-)

If i want to print a couple of pages with good examples on it (page 541...) then the text disappears at the end of the page. As i can see it is not a printer problem because when i look in the document with Acrobat 7.0 the page also isn't complete.

If i use the wrong reader please tell so i can use the correct pdf reader to print the example.

Thanx,

Jos

I use foxit reader and the example on page 541 is cut off and continues on page 542.

Ah you mean THAT way... I thought vertically. Indeed, it's been cut off... rage

This makes it useless. I'll look into it to update the PDF (It's generated, so I've to check if it can be adjusted)

hehehe no wink

It's rather weird, as the rest of the pages aren't cut off, there, stuff is wrapped properly, but not on the how-do-I pages. Perhaps a HTML error somewhere. I'll check it out.

(edit) I think I found it. Bad HTML at the top of the page. I'll do a re-gen of the pdf file.
