The problem is though: if a judge says: "the licensing terms of Solutions Design are not valid/compliant with the law", the licensing terms are overthrown. At least that's the case here in The Netherlands: we can state whatever we want in an EULA, but if these terms are not compliant (i.e. violating a law) with the law, these terms from the EULA can be ignored.

We do state that users can distribute the generated code and runtimes royalty free. I'll see if we can get a generic answer to this question. Thanks.
