Hello,

Any news about the release of the beta version of LLBL v2.0? Also, is there a link on the news features?

Cheers,

silat

Not much to tell, other than that we work very hard to get it done a.s.a.p. simple_smile . We originally targeted end of march for the beta start, however the work is more than we can complete before that date, so we extended it with a month. We feel that another month of delay is better than a rushed product. We've done a lot of the features we wanted to accomplish for v2, so it's looking really good, however I can't say much at the moment about the features, other than that it will be worth the wait. Not what you wanted to hear perhaps, but as some of the features are things others won't have or very limited, we don't want to wake up our competition simple_smile

What can you tell us about the upgrade path? Will the LGP file format be different? Can I open an LGP in 1.0 and then open it in 2.0 and then back in 1.0 or does opening the LGP in 2.0 upgrade the structures?

You can load a project of v1 in v2, though after you've saved it you can't load it back in v1.
