Is there a way to import an existing .edmx into a new LLBLGen 3.0 project?

Not at the moment, I'm afraid. I seem to remember Frans mentioning this as an item for 3.1 but I could be imagining things - I'll get him to confirm for you.

Not yet supported, but we have planned to implement an import plugin system in the coming months.

Are there any dates on this, when this will become a reality?

No dates set, but we expect it to have something in beta within the coming months. We have a shortlist of several points and this one is on it.

be aware that importing an EDMX is not as easy as it sounds. Although the EF has a meta-data object which one can instantiate with an edmx and which is able to produce meta-data for you, importing the meta-data is a different question: what the EF supports isn't always supported (yet) by the designer like multi-table mappings, complex container setups etc. (often this is also not supported by the EF designer as well). We hope importing meta-data files will be without a lot of friction but some things can't be avoided.
