I've seen posts on using the validation in LLBLGen to automatically generate client side validation (usually JQuery) in the view.

This would be brilliant if somebody has figured this out and provided some source code (nobody else seems willing to share).

This would save me hours simple_smile

This is one of my on-going projects for LLBLGen Pro & Visual WebGui integration. It will be 100% Ajax. But it is currently incomplete. I'll let you know more as I progress... although it's not currently on my top priority list.

Good luck! Anyone else have an automated solution?

I've found this - http://blog.jeffhandley.com/archive/2008/01/15/extended-mvp-pattern---domain-validation.aspx but I would need someone smarter than me to be able to figure it out.

How come this keeps getting marked as answered? Is there an automated process that does it after a certain period of time?

Perhaps a support team member thought it was answered and marked it as done. You can unmark it if you want to, it's your thread simple_smile ..

(btw, your other thread about performance, I've mailed you an update but you didn't respond, could you please do that so I know it helped anything? thanks)
